We understand that each business is unique and requires a personalized service, which is why we offer a FREE 15-minute consultation and business analysis! During this session, we’ll determine exactly what your business needs to avoid wasting money on unnecessary services. This service is available by phone or video conference. 


Per Hour Services: 

Inventory Management Services (setting up inventory accounts, price lists, etc.) - $75/hour


QuickBooks Online setup and training - $150/hour


Historical Bookkeeping Clean-up - $150/hour. $300 minimum charge. 


Bookkeeping Support (individual services for business that do not require one of our service packages) - $50/ half hour. $100 minimum charge. 

Hourly support may include:  

o Account reconciliation

o Accounts receivable

o Accounts payable

o Financial statements

o Recording financial transactions

o Recording and paying bills

o Creating and issuing invoices

o And more…


Monthly Service Packages (All packages will use QuickBooks Online products)


Essential Package: Starting at $200/month

· Monthly business expenses below $7500

· Up to 50 transactions 

· 2 Bank/Credit Card Accounts

· Quarterly check-in & standard email support

· $5 per each 1099-Misc form preparation and filing. 

· QuickBooks Online fee not included


Silver Package: Starting at $350/month

· Monthly expenses below $15000

· Up to 70 transactions

· 4 Bank/Credit card accounts

· Monthly check-in & priority email support

· Up to five 1099-Misc form preparation and filing

· QuickBooks Online fee included


Gold Package: Starting at $550/month

· Monthly expenses below $40,000

· Up to 130 transactions

· 6 Bank/Credit Card Accounts

· Monthly Balance Sheet and P&L Statement

· Monthly check-in, priority email support, & scheduled call support

· Reconciling & Submitting State Sales Tax

· Entering principal and interest for loan payments

· Updating industry specific reports as requested by the client

· Reviewing A/R for overdue accounts and emailing report, if needed

· Up to ten 1099-Misc form preparation and filing, $3 for each additional 1099-Misc

· QuickBooks Online fee included 


Elite Package: Starting at $1,000/month

· Monthly expenses from $40,000 +

· Up to 250 transactions

· 8 Bank/Credit Card Accounts

· Monthly Balance Sheet and P&L Statement

· Monthly check-in, priority email support, & scheduled call support

· Reconciling & Submitting State Sales Tax

· Entering principal and interest for loan payments

· Entering customer invoices

· Entering customer payments and deposits

· Entering vendor bills

· Reviewing A/R for overdue accounts and emailing of report, if needed

· Reviewing A/P aging statements for any past due bills

· Consulting with client regarding cost savings and revenue opportunities

· Up to twenty 1099-Misc form preparation and filing, $3 for each additional 1099-Misc

· QuickBooks Online fee included


Services Included in Packages: 

Quarterly/Monthly Check-In: Up to 30 min phone or video call to ensure everything is going well. This is your time to let us know what’s working, what’s not working, and to ask questions. 

Transactions: deposits, expenses, AR, AP, credit card and other transactions. 

Bank/Credit Card Accounts: traditional bank accounts, credit cards, Venmo, PayPal, Square, Stripe, etc. 


Additional Charges for Packages:
$25 For each additional bank or credit card account. 

$40 per additional 50 transactions if you exceed your plan’s transactions limit

Additional Bookkeeping Support (additional support not included in bookkeeping package) - $75/hour

Business Consulting Services – $100/hour
